1. Operator

ailoft.app is operated by DEBRUSK s.r.o., IČO 09999973, DIČ CZ09999973, Marešova 643/6, Černý Most, 198 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic. Contact: support@ailoft.app.

2. What AILoft provides

AILoft provides AI Studio, prepaid AI credits, Agent Pass and AILoft Plus for AILoft-operated image, video and agent sandbox workflows. The public catalog also contains free informational links to third-party AI software, LLM resources and interactive AI demos; those external links are not sold through Paddle and AILoft does not process payments for third-party providers.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
  • Login is performed by an e-mail code. Keep your e-mail account secure.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse credits, sandbox usage, uploads, contact forms or the catalog.

4. Credits, Agent Pass and Plus

  • AILoft credits are an internal usage balance for AI Studio, sandbox and future video operations.
  • Credit costs are shown before use where technically possible. Video operations may require higher credit reservations because providers are slower and more expensive.
  • Agent Pass and AILoft Plus unlock access and features described on the pricing page while active.
  • Unused promotional or free credits have no cash value and are not withdrawable.

5. Payments

Paid features are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. AILoft does not store full card details. Taxes, VAT/sales tax and final checkout terms are shown in Paddle Checkout before payment.

6. AILoft products and licenses

For AILoft direct digital products, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the product as a competing standalone product unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

7. External catalog items and Creator Workspace

External catalog items are informational provider links only. They are not sold by AILoft, not sold through Paddle, and do not create a third-party seller marketplace, revenue-share program or payout flow. AILoft may review, hide or remove catalog links to keep the directory safe and accurate.

8. AI outputs and acceptable use

  • Do not use AILoft to create illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexualized-minor, malware or abusive content.
  • Outputs from AI systems may be inaccurate. Review outputs before use, especially for business, legal, medical, financial or public content.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential third-party data or content you do not have rights to use.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. Digital services, credits and instant-access products may have limited refund options once delivered or consumed.

10. Liability

AILoft is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, third-party provider outages, AI output errors or misuse of generated content.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
