1. Operator

2. What AILoft provides

AILoft provides AI Studio and prepaid AI credits for AILoft-operated image and video generation and sandbox runs. Downloading the agents in the catalog is free of charge for accounts that have bought any credit pack — no credits are charged per download and access is kept even after the balance is spent; running an agent in the AILoft sandbox costs 1 credit per run. The public catalog also contains free informational links to third-party AI software, LLM resources and interactive AI tools; those external links are not sold through Polar and AILoft does not process payments for third-party providers.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
  • Login is performed by an e-mail code. Keep your e-mail account secure.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse credits, sandbox usage, uploads, contact forms or the catalog.

4. Credits

  • AILoft credits are an internal usage balance for AI Studio image generation and editing, short video generation and sandbox runs (1 credit per agent run). Agent downloads are not charged in credits: they are free of charge once any credit pack has been bought.
  • Credit costs are shown before use where technically possible. Video operations may require higher credit reservations because providers are slower and more expensive.
  • Credits are the only product AILoft sells. There are no passes, memberships or subscriptions, and credits are consumed as you use the service.
  • Unused promotional or free credits have no cash value and are not withdrawable.

5. Payments

Paid features are processed by Polar as merchant of record. AILoft does not store full card details. Taxes, VAT/sales tax and final checkout terms are shown in Polar Checkout before payment.

6. AILoft products and licenses

For AILoft direct digital products, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the product as a competing standalone product unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

7. AI Studio outputs and commercial use

You may use images and videos generated in AI Studio commercially. To the extent AILoft holds any rights in generated outputs, AILoft assigns them to you upon generation. Outputs come from third-party AI models: similar outputs may be generated for other users, and copyright protection of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction, so AILoft does not guarantee exclusivity or copyrightability. You are responsible for your use of outputs, including third-party trademarks, likeness and other rights.

Storage and retention of outputs: AI Studio outputs are kept for 48 hours from creation and then move to the trash for a further 48 hours, where you can still restore, download and use them; only after that are they deleted for good together with the stored files. You can also empty the trash yourself at any time, which deletes its contents immediately. Outputs you pin are kept indefinitely. One account may hold up to 50 MB of outputs at a time; once that is reached, generation is refused until you delete or download something, and a refused generation costs no credits. The periods and the limit currently in force are always shown in your gallery. Download anything you want to keep independently of AILoft. If an account goes unused for 12 months, we move its outputs to the trash — pinned ones included — and delete them 48 hours later; the account itself, its credits and its invoices are not affected.

8. External catalog items

External catalog items are informational provider links only. They are not sold by AILoft, not sold through Polar, and do not create a third-party seller marketplace, revenue-share program or payout flow. AILoft may review, hide or remove catalog links to keep the directory safe and accurate.

9. AI outputs and acceptable use

  • Do not use AILoft to create illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexualized-minor, malware or abusive content.
  • Outputs from AI systems may be inaccurate. Review outputs before use, especially for business, legal, medical, financial or public content.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential third-party data or content you do not have rights to use.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. Digital services, credits and instant-access products may have limited refund options once delivered or consumed.

11. Liability

AILoft is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, third-party provider outages, AI output errors or misuse of generated content.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
