1. Acceptance

By using ailoft.app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

ailoft.app is an open marketplace where developers publish AI agents and users install them across 19 AI backendů, 100+ modelů. We act as an intermediary – we are not responsible for the behavior of individual agents.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may hold one account (exceptions for organizations)

4. Developer Terms

• Published agents must comply with our content policy
• Developers receive 90% of revenue, ailoft.app retains 10% platform fee
• Payouts are processed monthly via IBAN transfer
• Agents must accurately describe their functionality
• We reserve the right to remove agents that violate our policies

5. Prohibited Uses

• Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code
• Generate illegal, hateful, or deceptive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent security measures
• Engage in unauthorized data collection

6. Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Developer payouts are sent via Stripe or Revolut to IBAN
• Free agents: no payment required
• API-call-based pricing is charged from your credit balance

7. Intellectual Property

• Developers retain ownership of their agents
• By publishing, you grant ailoft.app a license to display and distribute your agent
• The ailoft.app platform, logo, and UI are our intellectual property

8. Limitation of Liability

ailoft.app is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from the use of agents, service interruptions, or data loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved by Czech courts.
