Refund Policy

AILoft sells digital access, prepaid usage credits and Agent Pass/Plus features for AILoft-operated AI tools. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. This policy explains when a refund is possible and when digital delivery or consumed usage makes a refund unavailable.

1. EU withdrawal right

EU consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. If you start downloading, using or consuming a digital product or credit-based operation immediately, you expressly agree that this right is lost for that delivered or consumed product under EU digital-content rules.

2. Refunds may be available when

  • you bought the wrong product and have not downloaded, used or consumed it
  • payment was duplicated or charged by mistake
  • the product cannot be delivered because of a technical fault on AILoft

3. Refunds are normally not available when

  • the product has already been downloaded, used or consumed
  • the product works as described but you changed your mind
  • API keys, external provider accounts, third-party provider outages or usage limits caused the issue

4. How to request a refund

Contact support with your Paddle order e-mail, product name, payment identifier if available and a short explanation. We review requests fairly and usually reply within a few business days.
