Refund Policy

1. Overview

AILoft is a digital marketplace for AI agents. Because purchases give immediate access to digital content (agent instructions, prompts and configurations), all sales are generally considered final. We do, however, offer refunds in the cases described below.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By starting the download of an agent immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the loss of this withdrawal right for that agent, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m).

If you have not downloaded or used the agent yet, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@ailoft.app.

3. Eligible refund cases

We will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following applies:

  • The agent does not work as described in its listing.
  • The agent was charged twice or charged in error.
  • The agent files are missing, corrupted, or unusable.
  • You purchased the wrong agent and have not downloaded it.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will generally not be issued when:

  • You have downloaded the agent and used it as intended.
  • You changed your mind after starting to use the agent.
  • The third-party LLM (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) you intend to use is unavailable for reasons outside our control.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.

5. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@ailoft.app with:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The order ID or Stripe receipt number.
  • The name of the agent.
  • A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster.
