Accessibility statement

DEBRUSK s.r.o. is committed to making the ailoft.app website accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the EN 301 549 standard. Our conformance target is WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We audit the site regularly and treat accessibility regressions as defects.

Non-accessible content and known limitations

  • Images generated in AI Studio use the generation prompt as their text alternative. The prompt describes the intent of the image, but may not describe every visual detail of the generated result.
  • Provider logos in the catalog are loaded from third-party favicon services and are treated as decorative; the provider name is always available as text.
  • The tab interface on product detail pages supports keyboard focus via the Tab key, but does not yet implement arrow-key navigation between tabs.
  • Administration and creator interfaces behind login are audited separately and may not yet reach the same level of conformance as the public site.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 7 August 2026, based on a self-assessment carried out with automated testing tools (axe-core, Pa11y, Lighthouse) across all public pages in desktop and mobile viewports, combined with a manual review of keyboard operability, focus management, semantics, color contrast and motion preferences.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the market surveillance authority responsible for the European Accessibility Act in your EU member state. In the Czech Republic, where DEBRUSK s.r.o. is established, this is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
